Organizer events
Each event's refund rules are set by its organizer and shown on the event page under “Good to know”. Where an organizer allows refunds, we refund to the original card.
Center Court clinics and events
Can't make it? Contact the club's front desk before your clinic or event starts and we'll help with a refund, credit or transfer. Clinics joined after they start are already discounted for the classes missed.
Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, every registration and ticket is refunded in full automatically. Refunds usually appear on your card within 5–10 business days.
Donations
Donations are passed to the charity and are not refundable.
